Shipping & Returns

BecauseILoveU charge a flat rate best way P&P of £2.00 for all UK deliveries.

You will usually receive your goods within 7 working days of placing your order however BecauseILoveU will notify you if we expect your order to take longer than this.

IN A HURRY?

If you need your order very urgently, please contact BecauseILoveU and let us know and we will do everything we can to help.

BecauseILoveU usually use Recorded Post for our deliveries. If no one is available to sign for the goods a notification should be left by the delivery service and redelivery can be arranged.

In the event that goods are sent back to us and you still want them, We will send out the item again but BecauseILoveU will charge an additional postage fee to cover the additional shipping costs. If you decide you do not want your order anymore BecauseI LoveU will usually refund the cost of goods, but not postage costs if applicable.

ANY OTHER ISSUES?

Where applicable, If you think that the postage for your product has been calculated incorrectly, please let us know and we will investigate accordingly.

Please note that BecauseILoveU reserve the right to amend postage costs if it transpires that the calculated postage is insufficient. On such occasions, BecauseI LoveU will not proceed with the transaction until you have approved the amended postage.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE

BecauseILoveU aim for your order to be with you within 7 working days. If you wish your order to be delivered on a specific date, please let us know and we will do all we can to meet your requirements.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, BecauseILoveU will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. You will not be charged until your item is ready to ship.

What is your refund policy?

We hope that your order will be just what you wanted. But if you change your mind about our products you can return your order for any reason within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

  • Fill in the returns form included in your parcel noting whether you would like an exchange or refund. There is no need to call us.

  • Return the product(s) to us in perfect condition (unused and in their original packaging) within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please email  us at  customer.services@becauseiloveu.co.uk  within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

  • We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the post office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be delayed or lost in the post.

  • Goods are returned at your own cost. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

  • We will write to confirm when your exchange or refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 weeks during busy times.

Damaged/ Faulty goods:

If you receive damaged/ faulty goods we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge)

  • Please email  us at  customer.services@becauseiloveu.co.uk  within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on how to return the goods to us.

  • Complete the returns form included in your parcel.

  • Faulty/ damaged goods cannot be accepted without a Returns Authorisation Number
